BEFORE YOU BID
Collection
Collection is always the next working day of when the auction closes. After auctions close you will receive an invoice for your won lots and it's always a good idea to check the collection date. The collection date will always be available on your email.
Failure to collect within the requested time may result in storage charge or you can be block from future auctions.
Thank you for your interest in bidding with Shepherds Auctions.
We value our customers greatly and always recommend our guide to all customers, current and new, to always understand how we work.
Read our most important information to know prior to bidding.
Bidding
Once you have read through our guide, head over to our BID NOW page and start your bidding.
To start bidding, you need an account. It's very easy, safe and secure to set up.
Fees
Every lot has additional fees which can be up to 50%. Don't worry, we know this sounds high but the hammer price of lots can be low as 5% of retail! These fees include our buyers premium and VAT. Always check the additional fees before placing your bid. You can locate this on any lot by opening the lot description and it will show fees for this lot.
Viewing
Viewing is on the same day as the auction ends. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we have shortened our viewing days to 1 hour per day
Mon - Thurs 3pm - 4pm
Friday 2pm - 3pm
Viewing days are important, you are able to inspect any lot in the auction. This is important because all of our items vary in conditions. From returns to brand new, our stock condition varies. Viewing lots also gives you a chance to retest items we have tested to be extra sure the item is in the correct condition.
