  • Amplifiers - maximum Parcel Protection value for damages is £200.00, up to £2,500.00 for lost items.
  • Apple Mac - maximum Parcel Protection value for damages is £200.00, up to £2,500.00 for lost items. iMacs are on the prohibited list and not protected for loss or damage.
  • Banjo - maximum Parcel Protection value for damages is £100.00, up to £1,000.00 for lost items. Banjo must be sent in a hard case.
  • Cello - maximum Parcel Protection value for damages is £100.00, up to £1,000.00 for lost items. Cello must be sent in a hard case.
  • Guitar - maximum Parcel Protection value for damages is £100.00, up to £1,000.00 for lost items. Guitar must be sent in a hard case.
  • Violin - maximum Parcel Protection value for damages is £100.00, up to £1,000.00 for lost items. Violin must be sent in a hard case.

For security purposes, all deliveries will only be sent to the billing address. If you have any questions regarding this, drop us an email on our Contact Us page and we'll get back to you shortly.

Our courier allows parcels up to 100cm. If you have a large order we will package your items into boxes that we can send but if an item is larger than 100cm we will provide you with details for you to organise your own courier.

Delivery charges can vary. Once you have requested delivery, we will get back to you with parcel weight and dimensions along with our courier service cost. Don't forget, you can always organise your own courier.
