We handle numerous disposals of varying asset types. We have a large established database of purchasers who are interested in all types of assets which are disposed of by private treaty, tender or auction.
Our experienced team will work with the client in deciding the best disposal method, whether that be a sale of individual assets or complete closure to ensure the maximum value.
Our online auction platform allows us to connect with specialist markets as well as Retail, Industrial, Commercial, Plant, Vehicle, Medical and Consumer Assets with the capability to sell assets to a worldwide marketplace effectively and efficiently whilst maximising value.
Once you have made the decision to sell through Shepherd’s Auctions Ltd, the sales process is designed to be as simple as possible. Items for auction can be dropped off at the auction Monday - Friday.
When you arrive at Shepherd’s Auction Ltd a dedicated member of staff will be available to assist you with your goods. If you are a new vendor a Vendor Registration Form will need to be completed. You will also be required to complete a Stock Inventory Form which will be a breakdown of the goods brought in to sell.
As we are a no reserve auction we do not take reserves on any goods for sale. However, we will accept guide prices and should you have any specific requirements/instructions for goods entered into the auction we are happy to discuss them with you.
Prior to the items being sold the vendor will be emailed a pre-sale advice notice detailing lots being sold in that auction which allows the vendor to review all items and lot numbers prior to the sale.
