Viewing

We are open for viewing every day Monday - Friday. (excluding Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year) At Shepherd's Auctions, we aim to be as transparent as we can be, so where possible we are happy for buyers to test any item during viewing.

We are aware that it is not always possible for people to attend viewing so if you have any questions or queries about a specific lot you can phone or email the auction room and we will be happy to answer any questions.

At Shepherd's we always use true pictures of our lots and only use stock photos on the rare occasion.

In addition to this, we also test some of the items ourselves. If an item we have tested works we will tell you in the description by writing “Tested Working” and a sticker will be placed on the lot itself.

This way you know that we have looked at the item and we are confident that the basic functions of the item work, i.e. a kettle will boil water.
